Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Purchases: your name, email, and shipping address, collected by Stripe at checkout and shared with the selling gallery so it can ship your artwork.
• Concierge conversations: what you tell our concierge you are looking for (subject, budget, size). If you give us your email for an alert, we store it with that request only.
• Gallery accounts: gallery name, contact details, and Stripe account identifier.
• Cookies: a small cookie remembers your last visit so we can show you what's new. No advertising trackers, no analytics resale.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never store card numbers — payment details go directly to Stripe.
• We never email you marketing without your explicit request, and every alert email contains a one-click, plain-language opt-out.

Who we share with

The selling gallery (to fulfil your order), Stripe (payments), our email provider (to send the emails described above), and Cloudflare (hosting). Each receives only what it needs.

Your choices

Email support@artcurrato.ai to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Alert emails stop instantly via the link in any of them.
